Thomas Livergood, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Tom Livergood is the CEO & Founder of Bespoke, which was announced in 2016. Bespoke is a spin-off organization of The Family Wealth Alliance, which he also founded in 2003. Tom grew up in a third-generation family business in Central Illinois that was sold while he was in college in the 1970s. After that, he simply grew up in this business - first as a financial planner in the 1980s with CIGNA, then as a private banker with the Harris Bank of Chicago in the 1990s. Named three times by Worth magazine as one of the Top 300 Financial Advisors in North America, he has held many volunteer positions, including being a founding national director of the 30,000-member Financial Planning Association at the time of its merger in the year 2000. Tom also held the CFP® certification from 1995 through 2008.
Tom and his organizations have been recognized as innovative leaders in the family wealth space. He has spoken at numerous gatherings throughout North America and in London and Hong Kong, as well as appearing and being quoted in national print, broadcast, and online media. A double graduate of Bradley University, he holds the BA in Liberal Arts and the MBA in Finance.
Rachel D. Hyman, Senior Manager of Client Engagements
Rachel Hyman is Senior Manager of Client Engagements for Bespoke. Rachel brings extensive experience in public, private, start-up, and non-profit entities such as Oracle, Motorola, E*Trade, and Kellogg School of Management. She built her career creating and nurturing strategic relationships at every level inside and outside an organization, and is a passionate catalyst across stakeholders, leveraging the power of exceptional communication and collaboration. As Vice President of Marketing, Rachel established both E*Trade Financial’s first B2B Client Advisory Board and Oracle’s first Sales Advisory Board. She also founded a successful boutique consulting firm advising emerging technology, wellness, and higher education firms on marketing, strategy, and business development for over 20 years. Rachel is driven to make a positive impact through personal relationships and strategic initiatives at every stage of our growth.
Rachel holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
Kati Jendraszak, Chief of Staff
Kati Jendraszak is the Chief of Staff for Bespoke. In this role, she is responsible for managing the staff by developing and implementing policies and procedures that support Bespoke’s mission. She received her BA in Psychology, from Concordia University Chicago and her Master’s Degree in Education Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi. Kati is native to Chicago, born and raised on the South Side. She and her husband recently married and now live in Northwest Indiana.

In 2012, Brian launched Hughes Growth Strategies (HGS) to focus on helping family offices, wealth managers, and advisors who serve the ultra-affluent grow their firms. He brings a unique process and expertise to an area that continues to challenge the most successful firms: how to consistently and profitably grow their client base. He has direct experience working with hundreds of successful families and family offices and understands what drives their decision-making process in hiring a firm to manage their personal and financial wealth. His vast network of professionals across the globe include wealth managers, attorneys, accountants, family business and family systems consultants, philanthropic advisors and organizations that provide social and environmental impact solutions. In 2015, Brian partnered with strategic branding and marketing veteran Gregory Roll to create a unique consulting firm, Touchpoint Growth Strategies, that addresses the challenges of growing service firms in a highly competitive wealth management market.
Prior to the launch of HGS, Brian was responsible for building and cultivating family and private foundation relationships that fit the personalized client service model at Threshold, a privately held multi-family office started by George Russell (now part of Tiedemann). Before that, he was a Managing Director and Head of National Business Development for Pitcairn, a privately-owned multi-family office, where he led the firm’s business development efforts globally. Additionally, Brian spent 15 years with Lincoln Financial Advisors, where he served as regional CEO for LFG and Sagemark Consulting, a fee-based financial planning firm in St. Louis, Missouri.
Brian has been a featured speaker at many programs around the country, including the Family Wealth Alliance Advisor Forum and Summit, Wealth & Giving Forum, Impact Capitalism, RayLign’s Family Frontiers, the IIR Family Office Forum, the, the Family Firm Institute, the Family Office Symposium, and Schwab IMPACT to name a few. He currently serves as the CEO of the Southeastern Family Office Forum, and is on the faculty of the UHNW Institute.
Brian earned a BS in Economics and Marketing from University of Tampa and completed the Private Wealth Management Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Chartered Life Underwriter from the American College. Brian and his wife, Carey, have two children and reside in a Northwest suburb of Philadelphia.

In 2010, Mr. McLaughlin founded J. H. McLaughlin & Co., LLC, a management consulting firm focusing on strategy and practice management for wealth management and investment advisory firms, private banks, trust companies, single and multi-family offices. Read more…
He has over 25 years of experience in both senior operating roles and client-facing roles in the family office and ultra-high net worth industry. Previously, he was CEO of Geller Family Office Services, a partner at Convergent Wealth Advisors where he built the firm’s New York office, the regional president of Mellon Private Wealth Management’s New York region, and a financial advisor at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc., where he started in the wealth management industry.
Earlier in his career, Mr. McLaughlin served in the Connecticut General Assembly for a decade as a two-term State Representative and a three-term State Senator.
He serves on the Subscribers Advisory Committee for PURE, a policyholder-owned property and casualty insurance company, as an advisor to Addepar, Inc., an investment reporting company and on the Advisory Boards of PivotalPath, a hedge fund due diligence firm, and Pennington Partners, a multi-family office. He is a Founder of the UHNW Institute and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Institute for the Fiduciary Standard and the Editorial Board of Family Wealth Report.
Mr. McLaughlin received his Bachelor’s degree in History from Lafayette College and his Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School.
Nikki Michelini, Director in Wealth Management, Principal, Aspiriant
Nikki has been advising ultra-affluent executives, families and business owners for over two decades. Nikki is a Partner at Aspiriant where, for the last 18 years, she has held various leadership and client service positions in the Family Office group, including having primary responsibility for some of the firm’s largest and most complex client relationships. Prior to joining Aspiriant, Nikki was a wealth advisor at myCFO where she specialized in client service and platform development. She started her career as a tax specialist in the Personal Financial Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a California CPA (inactive) and graduated USC with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and a Masters in Business Taxation.
In early 2020, Nikki started a one year sabbatical, allowing her to press pause, explore various interests and serve as a consultative and advisor to families and advisory firms, drawing from her expansive knowledge of providing family wealth services and building and implementing comprehensive and scalable multi-family office service solutions.
Loraine Tsavaris, Retired Senior Advisor
Loraine Tsavaris has over 40 years of client and management experience in the wealth management industry. She retired from Rockefeller & Co. in 2017, having served as senior client advisor and managing director working with HNW individuals, families and family offices since 2008. In her last position, Loraine was managing director and principal of US Trust's multi-family office group, where she advised the company's wealthiest clients and developed the firm's UHNW worth business. Loraine sits on the Board of Directors of Rockefeller Trust Company, N.A. and The Rockefeller Trust Company (Delaware).
